Fashion for men has for some time succumbed to perhaps excessive tendencies, with veins taken from feminine looks or a taste for exaggeration that ranged from voluminous sneakers to Hawaiian shirts and shorts that were too short. For the fall/winter 2018/2019, however, the trends seem to go in another direction, more sober and classic, close to the tradition of male style. Do you know already the main trends of the season? Tartan – A great autumnal classic, returning for 2018 and early 2019, is the tartan. But it will not be the only pattern for men looks. The shows of the best brands have seen the triumph of any check print, with different color combinations and lot of experimentation.

Pinstripes – The formal dress of the fall/winter 2018/2019 seems to respond to a single rule, it’s black and pinstripe. Whether it’s a double or a single-breasted jacket, the men’s suit finds the important shoulder pads, 80s, and the subtle plaster typical of men of power.

Logo Mania – The logo mania has been going on for some seasons, and this season will not be different.  In the front row there are Louis Vuitton, Fendi and Burberry, that spreads it all over in every look, from sweaters to boots.

Puffer Jackets –  The duvet never dies, and it’s back again on the catwalks and soon on our streets. The trend down jacket indicated by the brand wants it short, alive, and bright colors, like the one proposed by Prada and Versace.

Shearling – If you are undecided between coats and duvets, there is a third option, more nostalgic perhaps. The shearling wool jacket, one of the most loved and recovered jackets, especially along the neck of the cold season. For the fall/winter 2018/2019, men’s fashion is undoubtedly a prodigy of outerwear of all kinds.
